Job stability and professional development. ### **Maintenance Coordinator** **Location:** AIFA Base **Company:** AAACESA **Job Description:** AAACESA is seeking a **Maintenance Coordinator** responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facilities and critical equipment, ensuring operational continuity, safety, and efficiency of operations. **Requirements:** * Education: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (degree holder or intern). * Minimum **3 years** of experience in infrastructure and facility maintenance. * Knowledge of: * Electrical and mechanical systems, HVAC, pumping systems, substations, and critical equipment. * Preventive and corrective maintenance. * Maintenance performance indicators (KPIs). * Standard vehicle operation (**mandatory**). * Valid driver's license. * Availability to travel between **AICM and AIFA**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities for infrastructure and equipment. * Ensure operational availability through maintenance plans. * Manage vendors and track specialized services. * Monitor performance indicators and goal achievement. * Respond to incidents and coordinate effective solutions. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Job stability and professional development.
