Process optimization and equipment reliability **A leading paper industry company in Latin America** is currently seeking a **Maintenance Analyst** to strengthen its technical team. **Work Location:** Tultitlán, State of Mexico **Work Mode:** On-site **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze technical failures and propose effective solutions * Coordinate and track preventive and corrective maintenance * Manage spare parts and technical inventories * Monitor maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, compliance, etc.) * Prepare technical reports and continuous improvement analyses * Support process optimization and equipment reliability **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or related fields * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance * Knowledge of failure analysis and preventive maintenance * ERP system experience (SAP, BEAS or similar preferred) * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
