Attitude of learning and development in the field Job Description At DMIC, we are looking for a **Machining Assistant** to support material preparation, part assembly, and basic activities within the manufacturing area. Responsibilities * Assist in assembling parts on machines * Prepare and cut materials * Clean and organize the work area * Assist with tool changes * Support operators and machinists * Basic handling of hand tools Requirements * Technical degree in machinery and tools or related field (preferred) * Basic experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment * Basic knowledge of tools * Willingness to learn and develop in the field Skills * Learning attitude * Responsibility * Teamwork * Orderliness and cleanliness Working Conditions * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM * Use of PPE (safety glasses, safety footwear, hearing protection) We Offer * Statutory benefits * Uniform * Job stability * Growth opportunity Salary: Starting at $1\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
