Emergency response and fault reporting **Elevator Maintenance Technician (Junior)** We are looking for a proactive candidate eager to specialize in the vertical transportation sector to join our technical service team. **Position Summary** The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing basic preventive and corrective maintenance routines, ensuring equipment operability and safety, under an on-call availability scheme for emergency response. **Targeted Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum of **6 months** in elevator, escalator, or related equipment maintenance **(MANDATORY); CVs NOT meeting this minimum requirement WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED** * **Education:** Technical high school diploma, technical degree, or incomplete engineering degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic ability to read electrical diagrams. * Proficiency in using multimeters and manual/electric tools. * Fundamental knowledge of mechanics and lubrication. * **Availability:** Flexible schedule is mandatory to respond to **emergency calls** (entrapments or critical failures). **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct monthly preventive maintenance visits according to assigned route. * Respond to technical fault reports and perform minor repairs. * Clean pits, machine rooms, and adjust doors. * Complete service logs and equipment status reports. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations (use of PPE). **Employment Offer** * **Monthly Salary:** **$18,000\.00 MXN Free** (Net). * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, Infonavit, vacation, year-end bonus, vacation premium). * **Stability:** Direct employment and opportunities for technical growth. * **Tools:** Personal protective equipment and work tools provided. **Desired Competencies** Sense of urgency: Ability to respond rapidly to emergencies.
