We have experienced sustained growth across multiple divisions, and therefore we are seeking a Field Support and Technical Service Technician with experience in biomedical equipment. **Your role**: Passionate about technology, biomedicine, and informatics, you will be responsible for delivering preventive, corrective, and operational technical assistance to universities, hospitals, and simulation centers throughout Mexico. Services will be delivered remotely (remote assistance software and networks) and on-site (physical repairs, maintenance, and commissioning). **Why join us?** We focus on people and their professional development—so with us, you can: * Collaborate with the national and international medical technology ecosystem, working with leading brands. * Exercise operational autonomy in managing new technologies, processes, or implementing best practices. * Receive training on diverse innovative technologies for the medical sector. * Enjoy an excellent work environment, medium-term career development, and job stability. **Our offer** Financial stability and solidity, genuine professional development and growth, plus challenging opportunities to foster advancement—our offer includes: * **Compensation:** MXN 15,000 per month, direct employment contract, statutory benefits, and food vouchers. * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * **Work location:** Client and office support (Colonia Del Valle, 10 minutes from Metro 20 de Noviembre, Green Line) **What we’re looking for** * 2–3 years of experience as: support engineer, technical service technician, technical support specialist, help desk agent, on-site support technician, remote support technician, or field support technician—with desirable experience in medical equipment. * TSU (Technical Superior University Degree) in Electronics, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electromechanics, or Biomedical Maintenance. * Minimum 1–2 years of technical support experience for medical equipment, preferably in clinical simulation, educational robotics, or medical imaging. * 1–2 years of experience configuring LAN/Wi-Fi networks, routers, and Windows or Android environments for wireless simulator interconnection. * Knowledge and hands-on experience with measurement tools (multimeter), precision soldering, electronic board diagnostics, servo motors, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems (simulated fluids). * Knowledge of electronics and microcontrollers: Diagnosing failures in electronic boards, servo motors, and integrated sensors within medium- and high-fidelity manikins (*Harvey*, *Aria*, *Alex Gen AI*). * 1–2 years of experience with Audio Systems: Diagnosing analog and digital sound systems (body sound reproduction/auscultation). Calibration of auscultation simulators (*SAM 3G / Nikki*, *Harvey*). * 1–2 years of Preventive Maintenance: Performing deep cleaning, CPR sensor calibration, and consumable replacement in advanced mechanical manikins.
