




Position Summary: Engineering or bachelor's degree professional with experience in maintaining critical systems and equipment in regulated industries. Key Highlights: 1. Management of critical systems: water, emergency power plant, compressed air, HVAC 2. Experience in pharmaceutical, food, or healthcare industry 3. Knowledge in pneumatics, electricity, mechanics, and refrigeration Education: Completed engineering or bachelor's degree with official title and professional license (cedula) mandatory in electromechanical, mechatronic, mechanical, electronic, or related fields (licensed with cedula). Minimum 1 year verifiable experience in: • Working in pharmaceutical, food, or healthcare industry. • Managing critical systems such as water systems, emergency power plant, compressed air system, HVAC (preventive and corrective maintenance on critical systems and equipment). • Documentation recordkeeping (logbooks, forms, labels, etc.). • Closing work orders for equipment and critical systems. • Maintenance reporting. • Performing maintenance in aseptic areas. • Tool and spare parts inventory management. • Knowledge in: pneumatics, electric motors, electricity, mechanics, electronics, air conditioning and refrigeration, and maintenance indicators. AUTOCAD proficiency preferred. Social or economic benefits Salary: $16,000–18,000 gross monthly, plus statutory benefits (SALARY IS NON-NEGOTIABLE BEYOND THIS RANGE; salary range is determined based on experience). Schedule: AVAILABILITY TO ROTATE SHIFTS and work on holidays (overtime pay applies). Work location: Juárez neighborhood (3 blocks from Cuauhtémoc metro station).
