Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Design Assistant to combine SolidWorks design tasks with administrative and operational activities, requiring proactivity and organization. Key Highlights: 1. 3D part and model design using SolidWorks 2. Creation and interpretation of 2D drawings 3. Support in administrative and operational activities **INDUSTRIAL DESIGN AND SOLIDWORKS ASSISTANT** **INITIAL SALARY:** $3,000 net per week **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM **\*\*\*IMPORTANT\*\*\*** * This position combines design activities with administrative/operational tasks. * This is not a position focused solely on technical drafting. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Intermediate-level SolidWorks proficiency (mandatory) * Experience or practice creating 3D drawings/models and 2D drawings * Valid driver's license * Basic/intermediate Excel skills * Organized, proactive individual with willingness to perform diverse tasks * Availability for full-time, on-site work * Prior experience in industrial or metal-mechanical fields preferred **RESPONSIBILITIES** * 3D part and model design * Creation and interpretation of 2D drawings * Modifications and adjustments in SolidWorks * Quotations and customer service * Purchase order follow-up * Supplier research and follow-up * Material receipt and delivery * Support in administrative and operational activities of the department **BENEFITS** * Performance-based salary increases * Upon obtaining a permanent contract: company-provided meals / and possibility of Monday-to-Friday schedule * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) * Vacation days * Vacation premium * Profit sharing * IMSS coverage from day one, based on actual salary * Uniforms * Company mobile phone **LOCATION:** Elican Industrial Park, Apodaca, N.L.
