Summary: This role involves acting as a national contact for software products, analyzing customer IT infrastructure, performing system integrations, and providing training and support. Perform system and software integration with troubleshooting Skills and Requirements* \+3 years of work experience in similar positions * Education Engineer in Automation, Mechatronics, IT, Systems, Software or similars * General IT knowledge and Windows service administration (including CMD). * Network configuration and network architecture. * Experience with WDA: configuration, organization, and support. * Knowledge of industrial communication interfaces: OPC\-UA, REST API, MQTT, API. * Basic knowledge of robotic interfaces. * PLC programming experience (preferably Allen\-Bradley). * Structured programming. * Knowledge of industrial traceability and Industry 4\.0 / IIoT integration. * General welding knowledge (desirable but not required). * Proficient english * Customer orientation. * Effective communication. * Critical and analytical thinking. * Training and presentation skills. * Adaptability and continuous improvement mindset. * Autonomy and problem\-solving skills. Tasks and Responsibilities* Act as the primary national contact for topics related to software products. * Analyze customer IT infrastructure and independently select optimal WDA configurations. * Perform system and software integration on customer sites, including troubleshooting. * Collaborate with international experts for advanced configurations. * Support sales representatives during the project evaluation stage. * Develop customer manuals, service instructions, and service concepts. * Participate in exhibitions, product maintenance, and product development activities. * Provide product training and presentations, both internally and externally. * Identify customer requirements and challenges.
