A company dedicated to the conceptualization, design, construction, and installation of material handling systems Seeking a professional such as a **Control and Automation Engineer (Specializing in Motion Control)** capable of designing, programming, and commissioning control systems for product handling solutions, conveyor belts (Conveyors), and spiral conveyors. Working hours: * Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 hrs Responsibilities: * Interpretation, modification, and validation of power and control electrical diagrams * Design and implementation of safety systems * Understanding mechanical operation of conveyors (torque, inertia, gearmotors, chain tension, belt alignment, etc.) * Interpretation of pneumatic diagrams * Identification and diagnosis of components (valve islands, indexing cylinders, pneumatic actuators, pressure regulators, vacuum sensors, etc.) * Implementation of safety PLCs * Configuration and wiring of critical protective devices (safety light curtains, area laser scanners, interlock switches, emergency stop buttons, etc.) * Programming of safety zone controls * Programming of safe functions in frequency inverters and servos * High-precision servo programming * Configuration and tuning of frequency inverters Specific knowledge: * Power and control electrical diagrams (European and American standards) * Interpretation of electrical symbols * Interpretation of loop diagrams * Interpretation of terminal block diagrams * International standards such as (ISO13849 / IEC 62061) * PLC programming expertise (Safety PLCs), Allen-Bradley * Safety hardware knowledge * Knowledge of (Safety Relays, Safe Torque Off - STO, Safe Stop - SS1/SS2) * Proficiency in Studio 5000 (Integrated Motion & GuardLogix) * Proficiency in DriveWizard Industrial * Electrical control components Essential requirements: * Flexible working hours * Proactivity * Decision-making ability * Professional degree and license * Degree in Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field · **Salary: $14,000 to $17,000 monthly, tax-free** · **Bi-weekly payment** * · For inquiries, contact via WhatsApp at 5561633557 and include the job title Salary: $14,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
