





**Location:** Southern Mexico City **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm **Starting salary**: $24,000 to $28,000 monthly, net. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Mechanical or Civil Engineer, certified. * **Age:** Over 30 years old. * **Gender:** No preference. * **English:** Technical level (minimum required). * Ability to simultaneously manage 4 large-scale projects. * Ability to supervise personnel (1\-4 people). **Required experience (MANDATORY):** * 6 years or more in development, coordination, proposals, and executive project solutions for the aforementioned installations in the following sectors: shopping centers, supermarkets, large corporate buildings, other commercial areas, Business Class hotels, large tourism facilities, and residential areas, verifiable. * Development of the following engineering disciplines: Hydraulic, Sanitary, Stormwater, Gas, Fire Protection, Condensate, and Alternative Systems. * Development of drawings at various stages, design basis, calculation reports, concept catalogs. * Coordination with other systems and engineering disciplines within a project. * Supervision of at least 2 personnel. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D. * Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks (basic level required). * 80% of work will be office-based, as this position is not site-oriented; it focuses on office tasks involving calculations for pumping equipment, recirculators, boilers, pipe diameters, pressure drop calculations, etc. **Knowledge:** * Proficient in AUTOCAD (drawing generation). * Knowledge of national and international codes and regulations (essential and verifiable). * Proficient in Excel spreadsheets. * Specific knowledge of NFPA 13, 14, and 20 (minimum requirement). * Familiarity with NOM\-004\-SEDG\-2004 and other standards. * Coordination with other disciplines (electrical, HVAC, special systems). **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of executive projects for hydraulic, sanitary, stormwater, fire protection, and gas systems. * Development of alternative system designs. * Preparation of calculation reports (primary and secondary piping calculations, pressure drop analysis, sprinkler selection and layout, pump and boiler selection, etc.). * Preparation of corresponding concept catalogs. * Value engineering development and comparative tables for different systems. * Strict application of IMSS, building regulations, complementary technical standards, as well as international standards such as NFPA, ASPE, IPC, etc. * Supervision and task assignment to team members to ensure timely project delivery. * Coordination of internal IHS projects, as well as with structural, architectural, and other engineering systems. * Resolution of system-related issues within the model (Revit). * Project review either in Navisworks or directly in the Revit model. * Selection and evaluation of equipment from suppliers, such as pumps, boilers, etc. * Generation of drawings with external references from architecture and structure (or other necessary systems). **Software:** · AutoCAD 2D – Intermediate/Advanced · Office suite Intermediate/Advanced (Excel, Word) · Revit MEP\- Basic proficiency required · Naviswork\- Basic proficiency required Employment type: Full-time Salary: $24,000\.00 \- $28,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site
