Job Summary: We are seeking experienced hotel industry personnel with extensive knowledge in equipment operation and maintenance across various areas. Key Highlights: 1. Hotel industry and general maintenance experience 2. Operation of boilers, water pumps, elevators, and electricity 3. Knowledge of plumbing, painting, and varnishing Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the hotel industry and comprehensive knowledge of equipment such as: boilers, power generators, water pumps, elevators, electricity, plumbing, painting, and varnishing. Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service Education: * Incomplete or ongoing high school diploma (Preferred) Experience: * General maintenance: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
