




### **Description** The Service Technician will be responsible for managing all aspects of service and providing complete customer support to existing clients. Troubleshooting and repairing banknote counting and sorting equipment; daily scheduling and time management for all assigned accounts; tracking and managing parts/tools.### **Key Responsibilities** * Preventive and corrective maintenance in the field (Querétaro area and surrounding regions) * Diagnose system issues and perform repairs. * Provide customer updates during maintenance activities. * Collect and record information to monitor performance. * Escalate technical troubleshooting with assistance from technical support. * Document system issues and preventive maintenance in the client's site log. * Expense control ### **Skills, Knowledge \& Expertise** * Minimum experience: Internships or Social Service in Maintenance or Technical Support * Completed technical career or Engineering: Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electronics or related fields. * Availability to work in the field in Querétaro and surrounding areas. * Proficiency in driving manual transmission vehicles and valid driver's license. * Availability for one-week training in Mexico City. ### **Job Benefits** * Monthly salary * Direct hiring, 100% formal employment * Biweekly payments through HSBC * Statutory benefits * Monday to Saturday schedule and field work At Glory Global Solutions, we believe in diversity and inclusion.
