People are needed to fill 20 factory operator positions. Main responsibilities involve supporting production in different areas during the campaign. Support staff are required in dryers, the extractor, the boiler, the mill, and the mill yard. Requirements for these positions include residing near the workplace, having availability to work rotating shifts, and possessing a personal vehicle to facilitate commuting. We are looking for individuals who are eager to work and highly motivated to learn a trade in the industry. Previous experience in the food industry will be valued positively. The offered contract is temporary, with the possibility of becoming permanent depending on performance. The working schedule is full-time, with shifts organized in cycles of 4 days of work followed by 4 days of rest.
