Req ID: 77103 **Description** --------------- Responsible for analyzing and repairing faults in production equipment and implementing improvements to maintain equipment in optimal condition. **Responsibilities** -------------------- Locates electrical or mechanical faults to identify problems in electromechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process that is not functioning properly. Disassembles, adjusts, repairs, and reassembles equipment according to drawings, operation manuals, or repair manuals. Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checks. Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required. May modify equipment per instructions from the manufacturing engineer. **Required Experience and Skills** ---------------------------------- Technical Competencies: A) Operation of analog/digital measurement equipment B) Interpretation of electrical and mechanical drawings C) Interpretation of electronic schematics D) Data reporting and handling in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) **Desired Experience and Skills** --------------------------------- Prior experience operating electronic manufacturing equipment.
