Provide preventive assistance according to a program and corrective maintenance (if necessary) for equipment and machinery. KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, and pneumatics at 70% applied in productive areas of plastic injection and thermoforming machines, as well as peripheral equipment (air compressor, refrigeration compressor, pumps, cooling tower). Review operation of the substation in case of electrical power interruption. General plumbing, metalworking, and electrical work (for maintenance of facilities and building). RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Preventive Maintenance (Scheduled: Electrical (80%), Mechanical (80%), Hydraulic (80%) and Pneumatic (80%)). Injection and Thermoforming Machines. 2\. Corrective Maintenance (Fault detection, Electrical (80%), Mechanical (80%), Hydraulic (80%) and Pneumatic (80%)). Injection and Thermoforming Machines. 3\. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of the Machine Room (Equipment). 4\. Operation of the machine room, operation of master pack substation. 5\. Plumbing, metalworking, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical installation tasks. 6\. General building maintenance. 7\. Preparation of work orders according to established format. 8\. Daily report of department activities (recording in department logbook). 9\. Compliance with job procedures. 10\. Compliance with required formats for performing job activities. 11\. Implement activities aimed at the development and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, as well as compliance with quality policy and objectives.
