For all this—and more— **ITALIKA is the engine of your life.** **Objective:** Actively monitor visits, control, and audits to validate, verify, analyze, and collect parts according to the Service Center Operations Manual, and dissect findings identified during CESIT audits. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure operational and administrative reliability of CESITs. * Ensure compliance with quality standards to mitigate poor operational practices and improve the product. * Manage the After-Sales Coordination process. * Coordinate the warranty analysis process—from initial data analysis and planning through execution of visits—to obtain review and audit results for each service center. **Requirements:** * Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or Automotive Engineer * Availability to travel 60%–70%. **Essential Knowledge:** * Failure Analysis Engineer * Knowledge of mechanics, electronics, metrology, measuring equipment, Core Tools, and Lean Manufacturing **Skills:** * Negotiation * Customer orientation * Teamwork * Collaboration * Conflict management * Effective communication * Active listening
