Job Summary: SIGBIM is seeking a 2D Draftsperson for BIM consulting projects, focused on drawing preparation, quantity take-offs, and documentation management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate on BIM consulting and management projects 2. Prepare 2D drawings and descriptive reports 3. Conduct project surveys and adaptations At SIGBIM, we specialize in consulting and management through the BIM methodology. Due to our growth in the market, we are actively seeking talent to join our team. Requirements to join SIGBIM: * Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering. * Reside near Tlalnepantla de Baz * Proficiency in AutoCAD * Experience with special systems such as CCTV, voice, audio, data, DTI, etc. (desirable) Some of the activities you will perform as a 2D Draftsperson at SIGBIM include: * Project surveying based on applicable regulations * Preparation of 2D drawings according to client requirements * Performing quantity take-offs * Preparing descriptive and calculation reports * Compiling final client close-out packages * Implementing modifications/adaptations to drawings based on regulations and client requests Join a great team—we offer: * **Gross monthly salary: $12,000 to $15,000** * Bi-weekly payment * Statutory benefits * 100% IMSS contributions * Working hours: Monday to Friday, plus half-day Saturday Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
