If you possess excellent project management skills and a solid understanding of industry best practices, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. ¨¨¨¨¨¨ WE ARE SEEKING ¨¨¨¨¨¨¨ **\*DATA CENTER DESIGN ENGINEER\*** **Candidate Profile:** * Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering * Postgraduate Degree/Certification (Desirable/Plus): * Desired certifications: Professional license; CCRD – ICREA; CDCP – Uptime Institute. * English: Intermediate level / B1\-B2 (Capable of reading technical manuals, participating in meetings with foreign suppliers, and drafting reports) **Professional Experience:** * 2–4 years of experience in Data Center projects * Architectural design and civil works coordination * Coordination of multidisciplinary engineering disciplines * Construction supervision and technical review **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop engineering and architectural design for Data Center projects * Prepare architectural layouts and critical area distribution * Coordinate civil works, structural, and finishing design * Participate in conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering development * Review and validate architectural and civil drawings * Coordinate architectural integration with electrical, mechanical, and telecommunications disciplines * Design solutions focused on operational continuity and maintenance * Quantify and prepare concept catalogs * Prepare construction bill of quantities * Participate in technical meetings with clients, contractors, and suppliers * Provide technical follow\-up during construction and execution * Identify construction risks and propose solutions **Monthly Salary Range:** Fixed base salary * $20,000 – 25,000 monthly gross Benefits * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Credit union * Minor medical expenses coverage * Subsidized cafeteria (at CDMX corporate office) * Life insurance * Laptop and mobile phone for job performance * 100% IMSS contribution * Direct employment with the company **IMPORTANT** * **Willingness to travel:** Mandatory (projects across various states or abroad). * **Documentation:** Valid passport and, preferably, U.S. visa If you meet the profile and are interested in joining our great team, apply through this channel **"All recruitment processes are completely free of charge"**
