Job Summary: We are seeking a Critical Systems Technician to maintain equipment and facilities, operate key systems, and conduct failure analysis in the pharmaceutical-chemical industry. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of critical and general services in the pharmaceutical-chemical industry 2. Operation and assurance of boiler, compressor, and HVAC system functionality 3. Failure investigation and analysis for improvement proposals CRITICAL SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN Requirements * Experience: In maintenance of critical and general services in the pharmaceutical-chemical industry * Operation of boilers, compressors, and pumping systems; knowledge of HVAC systems; failure analysis. * Technical degree related to Engineering and Maintenance fields Responsibilities * Execute preventive, predictive, and/or corrective maintenance activities for equipment and facilities * Report readings related to equipment and facilities according to established procedures. * Operate and ensure proper functioning of Boilers, Compressors, Chillers, Non-GxP HVAC Systems, Chilled Water Systems, and Wastewater Treatment Plants. * Ensure supply of specialty gases (Nitrogen, Oxygen, Cylinder Compressed Air, Acetylene, etc.) to various buildings * Conduct failure investigation and analysis on equipment; generate improvement proposals for equipment and/or processes.
