A construction-focused company is seeking: **Construction Audit Coordinator** **Job Objective:** Identify errors, root causes, and propose solutions during the execution of a construction project. **Responsibilities:** * Verify that the project’s core objectives—QUALITY, COST, and TIME—are being met. * Inspect, review, and analyze whether all actions, activities, and works comply with established parameters and align with project objectives. * Where necessary, propose corrective actions or intervene immediately when construction deviates from established project objectives and parameters, thereby causing issues for the company. * Verify that every project and its involved personnel must have objectives that are specific, attainable, measurable, and mutually agreed upon. * Objectives must be supported by approved documents such as architectural and technical drawings, the project’s overall budget and specific budgets for involved specialties, the project’s master schedule and specific schedules for integrating specialties. **Requirements:** * Mechanical Engineer, Civil Engineer, or Architect * 2–5 years of experience * Knowledge in: Residential Construction, MEP, Infrastructure, or related fields * Age: 25–35 years * Willingness to travel **We Offer:** Statutory Benefits Career Growth Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Experience: * Construction Audit: 2 years (Mandatory) Willingness to Travel: * 50% (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
