What will you do in this role? * **Route Audits**: You will review on-site compliance with documentation, protocols, and current Traffic Regulations, identifying and reporting any deviations. * **Vehicle Inspection**: You will inspect our transport units to verify their physical condition and confirm they have the necessary safety equipment. * **Risk Analysis**: You will identify risk points such as unsafe maneuvers or route deviations, proposing preventive solutions to enhance safety. * **Driver Compliance**: You will ensure drivers practice safe driving and follow internal protocols. * **Report Generation**: You will prepare detailed reports of your findings, including evidence (photos, GPS data), and coordinate with other departments to implement corrective actions. * **Resource Optimization**: You will propose improvements to reduce logistical overcosts and optimize operations. * **Training**: You will participate in feedback and training sessions for operational staff, sharing best practices. **What requirements are we looking for?** * **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year in route auditing, transportation supervision, or operational logistics (ideally in cargo transportation). * **Education**: Technical or Engineering degree (completed or incomplete) in Logistics, Transportation, Road Safety, or related fields. * **Regulatory Knowledge**: Thorough knowledge of current Traffic Regulations and cargo transportation regulations is **essential**. * **Availability**: Must be available for 100% field work, including frequent travel. * **Digital Tools**: Basic proficiency in Excel and reporting applications. * **Desirable (not required)**: Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics.
