Experience: Minimum 3 years, verifiable within an automotive dealership. Knowledge: Customer service, parts management, management of mechanical workshops and car wash centers, management of HyP (Hybrid & Parts), knowledge of and commercial alliances with insurance companies, vehicle appraisals, process management expertise, personnel management and leadership (operational, administrative, and commercial positions), knowledge of service payroll preparation, appointment scheduling management, database management, communication with executives and general managers.
