AB Test Solutions' customers include major manufacturers in the Automotive, Aerospace, Semiconductor, Lighting, and Home Appliances industries. **JOB DESCRIPTION** The position involves the development of the complete test system, from Electrical and Software design to manufacturing follow-up, debugging, documentation, and commissioning with the end customer, including training on system functionality. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Mechatronics or Electronics Engineering. * Availability to travel. * Intermediate to advanced conversational English. **EXPERIENCE** * Project management. * Development of electrical diagrams using SolidWorks Electrical, EPLAN Electric, or AutoCAD. * Minimum of 2 years developing applications in LabVIEW and/or Test Stand. * Experience with National Instruments data acquisition systems (cDAQ, cRIO, PXI). * CLAD (Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer). **\*\*REQUIRED\*\*** * CLD (Certified LabVIEW Developer). **\*\*DESIRABLE\*\*** * Software development for programmable logic controllers (PLC): Allen Bradley, Siemens, OMRON, Mitsubishi. **\*\*ESSENTIAL\*\*** * Experience with communication protocols: Serial, Ethernet/IP, DeviceNET, Profinet, Profibus. * Knowledge of Vision Systems: Keyence and Cognex. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare project scope documentation. * Prioritize project activities without supervision. * Meet delivery deadlines agreed upon with the end customer. * Design electrical diagrams. * Develop software based on PLCs. * Collaborate with the Mechanical Engineering department in designing fixtures required for the test system. * Perform electrical, mechanical, and software integration. * Conduct full debugging of the test system. * Develop system documentation (electrical and software). * Install and commission the test system with the end customer. * Train the end customer.
