




**Aerospace Engineer** **Education:** ONLY recent graduates, interns, or degree holders in Aerospace Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering (any other undergraduate or technical degree will be immediately disqualified) **Requirements:** Initiative for operational work and motivation to learn glider maintenance. **Requirements** Positive attitude Ability to work under pressure Analytical ability Technical English reading and writing proficiency at 75% Interpretation of technical manuals Proactive attitude toward teamwork **Job Purpose:** Development as an aerospace mechanic (exclusively in glider and turbine maintenance). **Responsibilities:** * Support high-quality visual and dimensional inspections of components according to manufacturer instructions. * Use of specialized tools for assembly and disassembly. * Decontamination and preservation of various aviation components. * Tracking of Work Orders, accurately and timely completing discrepancy reports and required corrective actions. * Implementation of Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives as specified in Work Orders. * Issuance of required reports and documents, in accordance with company policies and AFAC regulations. * Execution of maintenance tasks assigned by management. **We Offer:** 3-month training program Starting salary: $12,000/month (gross), with growth potential; upon obtaining certification and demonstrating strong performance, salary increases to $14,000/month after three months or more—no upper limit on growth Monday to Friday: 9:00 – 18:00 hrs Saturday: 9:00 – 13:00 hrs Employment Type: Full-time Statutory benefits **Work Location: Toluca International Airport.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $12,000.00/month Workplace: On-site employment
