We are seeking (position name), Key Responsibilities: * Manage multiple AI and digital transformation projects simultaneously. * Lead the full project lifecycle—from conceptualization through implementation, stabilization, and continuous improvement. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams composed of Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders. * Ensure delivery scope, timelines, budget, and quality of deliverables are met. * Define, monitor, and report KPIs associated with Artificial Intelligence initiatives. * Manage project risks, dependencies, changes, and impediments. * Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adoption of sound management practices. * Maintain constant communication with technical, functional, and business areas. * Use Jira as the primary tool for tracking and controlling initiatives. * Provide executive visibility into project progress, risks, and outcomes. Requirements: • 5\+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager. • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience leading Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, or emerging technology projects. * Direct involvement in end\-to\-end delivery of technology solutions. * Knowledge and experience measuring KPIs for AI projects. * Experience working with multidisciplinary teams. * Proficiency in Jira (mandatory). * Solid knowledge of methodologies: * Scrum * SAFe * Kanban * Advanced English (B2/C1) is mandatory. * Ability to lead meetings, presentations, and project follow-ups in English. • Experience implementing Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science–based solutions. • Agile, Scrum Master, SAFe, or PMP certifications. * Experience in large-scale corporate environments.
