




Summary: This role involves assisting in production planning and material management, focusing on scheduling, documentation, communication, and continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Utilize strong communication and judgment skills to balance priorities. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assist in executing daily and weekly production schedules based on planning input. * Monitor timely delivery of materials and components to production lines. * Issue and maintain shop floor documentation and work orders. * Communicate with internal teams to resolve scheduling issues. * Maintain accurate records of production data against WO * Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing basic reports. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to production control and material flow. **QUALIFICATIONS** * Ability to present ideas in a clear and persuasive manner, both orally and in writing. * Capability to respond quickly, decisively, assertively, and professionally to changing requirements in demand, product description, and material demand. * Excellent judgment and initiative, including the ability to effectively balance multiple priorities * Minimum of three to five years of production planning or material management experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment, ideally PCBA /SMT experience * Experience in a high mix/low volume, pull\-based manufacturing environment. * Proven track record of success and growth in positions of increasing responsibility. * Previous experience with SAP. * Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management, Finance, Materials Management, Computer Information Sciences, or Engineering, or equivalent education and/or experience.
