Job Summary: Responsible for the creation, updating, and quality of master data, ensuring validation in systems and compliance with business rules, with timely communication. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the creation and updating of master data. 2. Ensures data quality and validation in systems such as SAP and Dynamics. 3. Requires a bachelor's degree and effective communication skills and proactivity. Objective: Ensure accurate creation, updating, and quality of master data, guaranteeing its validation in systems, adherence to business rules, and timely communication with OPCO and the requester. Main Responsibilities: * Perform data entry and maintenance of master data. * Ensure master data complies with various data quality rules and identify any deviations. * Manage requests for creation and updating of master data. * Load and validate information in tools such as SAP, Dynamics, etc. * Coordinate approvals with OPCO for activation of customers, vendors, and materials. * Notify the requester once the record has been completed and activated, including price and discount setup. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree. Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Business, or Accounting. * Advanced English proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge and skills in effective communication, proactivity, and continuous improvement.
