In this role, you will help analyze, implement, and enhance HR digitalization initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Support HR digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with HR teams and key stakeholders. * Help streamline HR processes through automation, system integration, and technical solutions. * Analyze HR data to identify optimization opportunities and generate actionable insights. * Deliver training sessions on new digital processes and provide ongoing technical support to HR teams. * Ensure smooth integration of digital tools and platforms with existing HR systems. * Contribute to data security, privacy compliance, and documentation practices. * Stay up to date on emerging HR technologies, including low\-code development platforms. **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. * 1–3 years of experience in HR digitalization, HR systems, or a similar role. * Knowledge of Microsoft VBA and experience with data analytics tools. * Familiarity with low\-code development platforms (e.g., Mendix) and cloud\-based HR solutions (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus. * Experience in Robotics, Automation, or AI is advantageous. * Understanding of HR software testing and quality assurance processes. * Strong problem\-solving and troubleshooting abilities. * Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non\-technical stakeholders. * Experience supporting change management activities for HR technology implementations. * Proficiency in English and Spanish. **Join us in building a better tomorrow through innovative HR digitalization.** Siemens is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
