Join us and help drive meaningful transformation across our global HR ecosystem. **Role Overview** We are looking for a detail\-oriented HR Digitalization Analyst to support our ongoing digital transformation journey. In this role, you will help analyze, implement, and enhance HR digitalization initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the digital future of our HR services and contribute to a culture that embraces innovation and diversity. Key Responsibilities * Support HR digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with HR teams and key stakeholders. * Help streamline HR processes through automation, system integration, and technical solutions. * Analyze HR data to identify optimization opportunities and generate actionable insights. * Deliver training sessions on new digital processes and provide ongoing technical support to HR teams. * Ensure smooth integration of digital tools and platforms with existing HR systems. * Contribute to data security, privacy compliance, and documentation practices. * Stay up to date on emerging HR technologies, including low\-code development platforms. **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. * 1–3 years of experience in HR digitalization, HR systems, or a similar role. * Knowledge of Microsoft VBA and experience with data analytics tools. * Familiarity with low\-code development platforms (e.g., Mendix) and cloud\-based HR solutions (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus. * Experience in Robotics, Automation, or AI is advantageous. * Understanding of HR software testing and quality assurance processes. * Strong problem\-solving and troubleshooting abilities. * Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non\-technical stakeholders. * Experience supporting change management activities for HR technology implementations. * Proficiency in English and Spanish. **Join us in building a better tomorrow through innovative HR digitalization.** Siemens is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
