Strategic support and commercial impact measurement **WE ARE SEEKING A COMMERCIAL ANALYST!!!** ***Key Responsibilities:*** 1\. Commercial performance analysis \- Analyze sales (gross sales), transactions, activation, and productivity per POS. \- Identify growth opportunities and deviations vs. forecast. \- Build cohort analyses. \- Evaluate performance by segment and state. ***2\. Generation of actionable insights*** \- Translate data into clear recommendations. \- Identify growth levers. \- Detect reactivation opportunities. \- Propose data-driven commercial initiatives. ***3\. Executive reporting*** \- Build dashboards and reports. \- Present results in a structured manner. \- Monitor key KPIs. ***4\. Data management and modeling*** \- Consolidate information from multiple sources. \- Design analytical models. \- Automate reporting. ***5\. Support for commercial strategy*** \- Support GTM definition. \- Evaluate pilot performance. \- Measure impact of commercial actions. Required Profile: ***Experience:*** \- 2–5 years in commercial analysis or business analysis. \- Experience in mass channel or related industries. Technical Skills: \- Advanced Excel \- Power BI / Tableau / Looker \- SQL (preferred) \- Data modeling Skills: \- Analytical thinking \- Synthesis ability \- Commercial judgment \- Executive communication \- Proactivity Ideal Profile: \- Understands the mass channel \- Focused on commercial execution \- Capable of generating actionable insights Job KPIs: \- Dashboard usage \- Implemented insights \- Impact on sales and active POS Plus: \- D2D experience \- Knowledge of prepaid/fintech Salary: $14,000.00 \- $16,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
