We are currently looking for an **Accounts Payable Analyst** for our Americas Hub in Mexico City. **Role Objective** Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to the efficiency of the Procure to Pay (PTP) process, guaranteeing financial compliance and control. **Key Responsibilities** * Supplier relationship management * Invoice validation against approvals and supporting documentation * Dispute resolution and incident follow-up * Execution of payment runs * Scheduling of ad-hoc payments * Reconciliation of Statements of Account (SOA) * Escalation process tracking * Handling and managing calls related to payments * Master Data monitoring and adherence to internal controls **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Paid on Time (POT) * Days Payable Outstanding (DPO) * Dispute resolution time **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable * Knowledge of accounting processes * ERP system experience * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables and formulas) * English proficiency at B1 (Intermediate) level * Willingness to work onsite for the first 3 months (onboarding); hybrid model thereafter (3 days in office). **Competencies** * Customer focus * Ability to handle complexity * Action orientation * Conflict management * Collaboration and teamwork * Accountability * Building trust \#LI\-EM1 \#LI\-Hybrid \#LI\-RPO The job requires limited job and business knowledge at the time of hiring.
