**S**ales Assistant / Sales Representative ✅ Requirements: * Proven experience in industrial sales (minimum 1 year) * Excellent appearance, customer service attitude, and after-sales follow-up * Education: Industrial, Metallurgical, Mechanical Engineering or related field (desirable) * English desirable * Experience: Minimum 1 year in industrial sales, preferably in the mechanical-metal sector * Sales and negotiation techniques in the industrial sector. \* * Skills: * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Results-oriented and ability to work with objectives. * Proactive with problem-solving abilities. * Teamwork capability and ability to build client trust. ACTIVITIES: \* Send quotations to customers. \* Prepare work orders from received purchase orders. Review orders before acceptance, verifying (if necessary) delivery times with the General Manager. \* Follow up on work orders. \* Inform customers about the status of their parts when needed or requested. \* Receive, record complaints, claims, and returns. \* Enter invoices into customer portals when applicable. \* Increase customer portfolio. \* Provide support to different departments when required.
