**Company:** Industrial and Corporate Health Mexican (SIEM) **Location:** Metalurgica, Nacozari de Garcia, Sonora **Hiring period:** From **October 3 to November 3, 2025** **Job Description:** At **SIEM**, we are seeking a **Safety Supervisor** to join our team during the technical shutdown at Metalurgica. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industrial safety standards, supervising work crews, and coordinating preventive actions to protect personnel and facilities throughout the project. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Coordinate safety crews and assist in field inspections. * Report incidents, implement corrective actions, and follow up. * Ensure compliance with STPS regulations and company safety policies. * Promote a preventive culture within the work team. **Requirements:** * Previous experience as a safety supervisor in industrial projects or technical shutdowns. * Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations (STPS, applicable NOMs). * Leadership skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities. * Availability to work 12-hour shifts. **We Offer:** * **Salary:** 600 pesos per day. * **Meal assistance.** * **Accommodation and transportation** provided by the company. * **Attendance bonus.** * **Knowledge bonus.** * Experience in a significant project within the metallurgical industry.
