Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Metallurgical Engineering. Availability to work rotating shifts. Minimum of 6 months of experience in the industry as a quality auditor or quality leader (can include internships or trainee programs). Strengths: Proactive, analytical, sense of urgency, responsible, ethical, and loyal. Skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, quality tools (Pareto, Ishikawa, 8D's, quality plans, FMEA). A test will be administered to demonstrate competencies.
