Join our work team.** **Schedule:** Rotating every 15 days (2 shifts): Monday to Friday 6:00 am \- 2:00 pm, Saturday 6:00 am to 1:00 pm, and Monday to Friday 11:00 am \- 7:00 pm, Saturday 6:00 am to 1:00 pm **Requirements** Education: Metallurgical or Industrial Engineering, or related field **Main Responsibilities:** ·Release products manufactured and marketed by the company according to established specifications. ·Perform incoming inspection of outsourced parts and purchased products according to established specifications. ·Conduct daily inspections and audits on the shop floor. ·Identify risks, improvements, and quality-related opportunities. ·Review and provide daily follow-up on customer complaints. ·Review and provide daily follow-up on non-conforming products (NCP) detected in manufacturing processes. ·Ensure work areas, machinery, and transit zones remain clean, organized, and safe. **Important Skills:** ·Knowledge of ISO 9001 ·Coatings and finishes ·Quality control tools ·Blueprint interpretation ·Measuring instruments (caliper and micrometer) ·Knowledge of NCP (Non-Conforming Products) ·Incoming inspection **We Offer:** * Weekly salary * Attendance bonus 10% and punctuality bonus 10% (added to the salary) * Subsidized cafeteria * Profit sharing * 50% vacation bonus * Life insurance * PPE and uniforms Job type: Full-time Salary: $3,553\.00 per week Benefits: * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Experience: * Quality control: 1 year (Desirable) * Use of measuring equipment: 1 year (Desirable) * Metal-mechanical industry: 1 year (Desirable) Work location: On-site
