Analyzes and resolves operational issues at the plant We are looking for a **Production Supervisor** with experience in steel rolling and manufacturing processes who can guarantee adherence to the production schedule, quality standards, and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. If you possess leadership skills, technical knowledge of industrial processes, and experience supervising operational staff, we want you! Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate operational staff in the production area. * Ensure achievement of production, quality, and safety targets. * Analyze and resolve operational issues at the plant. * Supervise the hot rolling process. * Validate oxy-cutting operations. * Verify proper use of measuring instruments (tape measure, vernier caliper). * Monitor the basic steel manufacturing and rolling process. * Comply with and ensure documentation control per the Quality Management System (QMS). * Prepare reports and track production indicators. ✅ Requirements **Education:** * TSU (preferred) * Completed high school (minimum requirement) **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year in a similar role within the metallurgical industry or steel manufacturing processes. **Technical Knowledge:** * Problem analysis and resolution. * Hot rolling. * Oxy-cutting. * Measuring instruments (tape measure and vernier caliper). * Basic steel manufacturing and rolling processes. * Documentation handling under a Quality Management System.
