Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Nurse for a metallurgical company, responsible for occupational health, regulatory compliance, and medical clinic management. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of the medical clinic and clinical records We are looking for our new **OCCUPATIONAL NURSE FOR A METALLURGICAL COMPANY** **TEMPORARY** **What experience, skills, and knowledge are required?** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing with valid license and diploma (Mandatory) * Minimum required experience: 1 year * Availability to cover the requested work schedules **Skills:** * Problem analysis and resolution * Adherence to standards and procedures * Effective communication * Results orientation * Service attention * Teamwork * Decision making * Time management **What duties will you perform?** * Participate in scheduled activities. * Participate in compliance with the Mexican Official Standard NOM\-030\-STPS\-2009\. * Perform records, reports, forms, communications, and occupational health advisory services. * Participate in assigned safety and hygiene activities to prevent occupational accidents and illnesses. * Monitor the implementation and compliance of emergency health response plans. Track and control occupationally exposed personnel. * Develop, implement, and monitor medical surveillance programs. * Administer and manage the medical clinic (pharmaceutical inventory, supplies, furniture and equipment, Biological-Infectious Hazardous Waste (RPBI), logs). * Manage clinical records in accordance with the Mexican Official Standard NOM\-004\-SSA3\-2012, Clinical Record. * Conduct and interpret examinations for occupationally exposed personnel (audiometry and spirometry). * Coordinate campaigns with public and private institutions. * Issue fitness recommendations. * Issue permits for high-risk work activities. * Implement and monitor compliance with the wellness program. **What do we offer and why join us?** * Gross salary: $13,260\.00 MXN per month * Statutory benefits from day one \+ Life insurance * Effective training with academic value for you. * Discount and health benefits membership for you and up to 10 additional beneficiaries **What schedule will you work?** * Monday to Friday, 3:45 PM to 12:45 AM **Where will you work?** * Complejo Industrial las Américas, 31114 Chihuahua, Chih.
