We are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today! **Die Cast Maintenance Superintendent** ======================================= **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for aluminum melting furnaces * Supervise maintenance of auxiliary equipment * Coordinate maintenance personnel activities (mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation) * Ensure safe execution of work in high\-temperature areas and environments exposed to fumes and metal dust. * Manage and control the maintenance department budget, optimizing costs and resources. * Plan and execute scheduled major maintenance shutdowns, ensuring timely and proper completion. * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to identify and implement equipment and process improvements. * Manage inventory and proper administration of spare parts and consumables. * Comply with and enforce environmental, industrial safety, and quality regulations specific to aluminum melting processes. * Report to senior management on equipment status, progress, and investment needs. **Requirements:** --------------- * Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Metallurgical Engineering or related field. * Fundamentals of metallurgy and casting processes. * Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic maintenance. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial and aluminum casting maintenance. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and executing major shutdowns. * Maintenance and operation of aluminum furnaces and casting systems. * Hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and industrial automation. * Predictive maintenance techniques (vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound). * Foundry safety regulations * Leadership and technical team development. * Efficient planning and execution of maintenance and projects. * Failure analysis and resolution of complex problems. * Effective communication and collaborative work. * Results\-oriented and continuous improvement mindset. **Our Commitment to Our People** Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
