Opportunity for professional development. **Quality Systems and Continuous Improvement Coordinator** **Job Objective** Plan, implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and promoting continuous improvement of processes to enhance organizational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost reduction. **Main Responsibilities** * Implement and maintain the Quality Management System. * Develop, update, and control system documentation. * Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards. * Lead continuous improvement and process optimization projects. * Identify opportunities to reduce waste, rework, and unproductive time. * Plan and conduct internal audits. * Coordinate external audits. * Follow up on findings, corrective actions, and preventive actions. * Identify process deviations and perform root cause analysis. * Promote a continuous improvement culture across the organization. * Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. * Maintain updated system records and evidence. **Requirements** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field. * 2–5 years of experience in quality or continuous improvement areas. * Experience implementing quality management systems. * Participation in internal and external audits. * Knowledge of quality standards, preferably **NOM 241, NOM 240, NOM 059, and ISO 13485**. * Proficiency in continuous improvement tools. * Knowledge of basic statistical analysis. * Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach. **Skills** * Leadership * Analytical thinking * Effective communication * Teamwork * Results orientation **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday, **07:30–17:00 hrs**. **We Offer** * Full statutory benefits * 5% savings fund contribution * Savings box * Social benefits plan * Subsidized cafeteria * Job stability * Opportunity for professional development
