Advanced English proficiency and a university degree are mandatory. **Ggroup is seeking a Project Manager in Lomas De Chapultepec – Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Requirements: Project Manager: A professional responsible for leading, planning, executing, and closing projects—ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and achievement of defined objectives. Acts as the bridge between corporate strategy and team execution. **Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:** * **Planning:** Define project scope, schedules, milestones, and project charter. * **Resource and Cost Management:** Manage budget and allocate required human and material resources. * **Team Coordination:** Lead, motivate, and direct the project team toward its goals. * **Risk Management:** Identify potential issues and resolve them proactively to prevent deviations. * **Monitoring and Control:** Daily progress tracking, change management, and preparation of status reports. Coordinate with involved departments to ensure proper control, monitoring, and execution of construction projects. Conduct analysis of potential deviations and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks. Review construction budgets and suppliers jointly with management. Manage pre-construction financial aspects, such as surety bonds and insurance policies. Coordinate the project kick-off meeting with contractors and suppliers to align scopes and on-site criteria. Manage essential services required for gym operations, including electricity, gas, telephony, internet, potable water, drainage, and seismic alert systems. Supervise, together with the procurement department, the delivery of materials to the site. Review and analyze weekly construction reports. KNOWLEDGE Certifications: PMP certification and construction supervision certification are desirable. Tools: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), PDF Acrobat, and SAP. **ADVANCED ENGLISH PROFICIENCY IS MANDATORY.** HOTEL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS. ***Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields. (Degree is mandatory).
