




Job Summary: Responsible for leading operations and personnel to achieve daily goals for safety, production, quality, and on-time deliveries on the production line. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in production operations with a focus on safety and quality. 2. Comprehensive management of personnel and processes on the production line. 3. Coordination and continuous improvement in manufacturing environments. Responsible for directing operations by utilizing human resources, materials, and machinery to achieve daily safety, production, quality, and on-time delivery targets for the line under their responsibility. * Meet the Production Plan. * Review attendance list, communicate it to Human Resources and the Production Superintendent. * Ensure personnel on their line wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and correctly apply the color-coding system for lab coats. * Verify safety and production checklists and submit them to the respective departments. * Participate in 5-minute KPI meetings and review the production plan. * Complete one LPA per shift and verify Team Leaders’ completion of LPAs. * Follow up on findings related to Safety, Quality, and 5S Audits, involving necessary support departments. * Verify first-piece release. * Ensure personnel follow standardized work procedures. * Immediate response to quality issues. * Maintain their production line according to 5S standards. * Coordinate model changeovers with Setup Technicians. * Review hourly updates on the production board. * Analyze scrap and sign tickets. * Follow the method for managing coil lines as per received training. * Hourly tracking of strapping finished product boxes until product release. * Handover and takeover of the production line. * Submit daily production reports. * Review staffing levels against the production plan. * Manage production to avoid waste and overproduction. * Follow up on standardized work procedures. * Set objectives for group supervisors and verify compliance with production, quality, and safety standards. * Responsible for coordinating production according to the production schedule to ensure timely readiness per quality standards and minimal waste. * Maintain discipline among personnel under their supervision. * Monitor training of new hires and ensure their proper performance. * Achieve company-established production, efficiency, and quality targets. * Comply with ISO 9001 requirements. * Responsible for complying with the Internal Work Regulations and Safety Regulations of their area. * Responsible for monitoring industrial safety within their department. * Ensures execution of the daily production schedule. * Performs general personnel administration for those under their supervision. * Monitors, reports, and follows up on actions aimed at reducing and controlling absenteeism and turnover in their areas. * Promote a positive work environment both within and outside their department. **EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND ENGLISH PROFICIENCY (PREFERRED):** **· Completed Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field)** **· Minimum 5 years of experience in this position.** **· Advanced English** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per day Benefits: * Salary increases * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
