Engineering in: * Chemistry. * Industrial. * Environmental. * Mechanical. * Electronics. * Electrical. * Mechatronics. Bachelor's degree in: * Chemical Engineering (QFB). * Industrial Chemistry (QFI). **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop and ensure preventive maintenance programs. * Handle corrective maintenance requests and be available to users 24 hours a day. * Monthly reporting on equipment installation, removal, and replacement. * Assign corrective service requests to service technicians. * Assist in collecting and shipping materials and equipment via courier services. * Coordinate maintenance of utility vehicles under your responsibility. * Maintain constant communication with the client and end-user. * Schedule planned services and disseminate information to your team every Friday. * Assign on-call duties to service technicians every Friday. * Manage and maintain offices under your responsibility. * Monitor GPS data to verify service technicians' activities, including overtime work. * Prepare monthly reports on equipment installation, removal, and replacement, and send them to the Customer Service Department and the Operations and Service Manager.
