**We are seeking:** Master Driver **Position objective:** Provide technical and complementary support to regional sales managers during events, Demo Plus or Fuel Management activities; deliver product training on Volvo products delivered to customers, focusing on customer satisfaction and demonstrating that the Volvo product portfolio is the best in the market and the optimal choice for our customers’ businesses. **Requirements:** * **Education:** High school diploma or technical degree. * **Federal driver’s license** * **Language:** Technical English. **Experience:** * 8 years operating heavy equipment, including 2 years in the automotive or transportation industry * Training instructor * Tech Tool, Impact, Telematics * Operation of heavy equipment **Responsibilities:** * Inspect the physical\-mechanical condition of DEMO units. * Train customers on the Volvo product range. * Provide technical and commercial support during events, exhibitions, and sales processes. * Advise the sales team on performance, maintenance, and driving techniques. * Address customer inquiries related to operation, fuel consumption, and maintenance. * Apply operational checklists (Demo Plus, Fuel Management, Technical Driving). * Validate vehicle quality prior to delivery. * Demonstrate on\-road performance of buses and chassis. * Analyze operational cycles and driving techniques. * Identify areas for improvement within the product portfolio and provide feedback to the product team. * Conduct technical analyses using tools such as Telematics, Tech Tool, and Impact. * Implement the Pro Diesel methodology when required. **Location:** Tultitlán, State of Mexico and Various Zones (LEON, GDL, SURESTE), ***Willingness to relocate.*** Employment type: Full\-time Salary: $17,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite\-term contract * Complimentary uniforms * Food vouchers Workplace: On\-site employment
