Job Summary: Responsible for managing the industrial footwear maintenance department, ensuring the proper operation of machinery and equipment, and supervising personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment 2. Promote proper use of machinery and adjust it for new production lines 3. Supervise personnel and ensure workplace safety and hygiene Manage the industrial footwear maintenance department Responsibilities: Perform preventive and/or corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment, facilities, and buildings. Promote proper use of machinery Adjust machinery for new production lines Personnel management (administrative staff, security, and safety & hygiene) Knowledge of safety and hygiene Administrative Responsibilities: Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers, manage service orders for installation, repair, and maintenance, manage warranties for assets under responsibility, establish safety and control standards and procedures to ensure effective operation and safety of machines.
