Position Summary: Access Quality is seeking an IT Engineer with experience in the operation, maintenance, and commissioning of DNS and DHCP services in enterprise and mission-critical environments, working in accordance with ITIL best practices. Key Highlights: 1. DNS and DHCP service operation and maintenance 2. Incident resolution and proactive monitoring 3. Service implementation and commissioning ***Access Quality requires:*** An IT Engineer with 3 years of experience in the operation, maintenance, and commissioning of DNS and DHCP services in enterprise and mission-critical environments, possessing experience in operational support, incident management, controlled change management, and technical documentation, all aligned with ITIL best practices. **Main Responsibilities** \* Daily operation of DNS and DHCP platforms. \* First- and second-level incident handling and resolution. \* Proactive monitoring of critical services. \* Execution of scheduled changes (additions, deletions, and modifications). \* Configuration backup and restoration. \* Initial implementation and commissioning of services. \* Functional testing and support for production deployments. \* Preparation of operational reports and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). **Technical Knowledge** DNS: recursive and authoritative resolution, A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, PTR, TXT records. DHCP: scopes, leases, reservations, DHCP options. Networking: TCP/IP, subnetting, basic routing. Operating Systems: Linux and Windows at operational level. Tools: dig, nslookup, ipconfig, monitoring tools, and ticketing systems. **Required Experience** \* 3 years in IT infrastructure support or operations roles. \* Experience operating DNS and/or DHCP services in production environments. \* Participation in maintenance windows and on-call shifts. **Soft Skills** \* Analytical thinking. \* Effective communication. \* Operational discipline. \* Ability to work under pressure. \* Continuous learning. **Education** Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field. Desirable Certifications \* CCNA or networking fundamentals. \* DNS/DDI certifications. \* ITIL Foundation. **Net Salary** $35,000\.00 MXN, with salary increase after 90 days Salary: $35,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment Expected Start Date: 24/04/2026
