




Position Summary: We are seeking a Pastry Chef for high-specialty chocolate and confectionery production, responsible for handling kitchen utensils and machinery, and maintaining a clean work area. Key Responsibilities: 1. High-specialty chocolate and confectionery production 2. Proper handling of kitchen utensils and machinery 3. Inventory control and daily production reporting The Pastry Chef must possess knowledge or prior experience in chocolate-making techniques, as they will be responsible for chocolate and confectionery production according to the company's established recipes, presentation standards, and processes. They must apply high-specialty chocolate-making and confectionery techniques. Proper handling of kitchen utensils, machinery, and equipment. Maintain personal equipment and work area cleanliness; inspect equipment functionality and promptly notify the Production Manager of any malfunctions. Comply with and understand applicable sanitary regulations. Manage inventory for chocolate and confectionery production, and submit daily production reports. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month Experience: * In pastry and chocolate-making techniques: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
