Experience in industrial construction and chemical plants. **Title:** Associate Project Manager**Job Title:** **Associate Project Manager – Construction / Construction Coordinator** **Responsibilities** Responsible for daily construction (projects) operations in accordance with company and client-approved policies, procedures, systems, and requirements. Capable of managing projects and tender packages for a project. Supervises and directs daily technical and administrative project activities. Responsibilities include project setup and subcontracting strategy, review and processing of shop drawings, contract modifications, daily communication with the owner, architect, and engineer, subcontractor coordination, and all required reporting to the owner and internal staff, as well as communication with the Engineering Projects department. **Requirements:** Education: Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or related field. Experience: Minimum 8 years of proven experience as Construction Lead, Coordinator, or Manager, including commissioning and personnel administration. Proven experience in industrial construction or chemical plant projects. Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Knowledge of industrial safety regulations (OSHA, NFPA, local legislation). Experience in contractor management and project documentation.
