Description

Job Objective Lead your team in operational processes involving merchandise handling. Main Responsibilities Ensure the smooth operation of receiving, storage, and order fulfillment processes. * Analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. * Monitor and follow up on operational and personnel incidents. * Verify that merchandise loading is performed correctly during order fulfillment. * Guarantee proper handling of merchandise during transportation and stacking. * Ensure the use and proper functioning of work tools. * Verify correct use of PPE in the work area. Candidate Profile Experience in Logistics Operations and personnel management * Goal- and target-oriented. * Ability to work under pressure, achievement-focused, effective communication, and teamwork.
