Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor with expertise in logistics and leadership to coordinate daily operations, manage staff, and ensure achievement of goals and standards. Interdepartmental coordination and promotion of a positive work environment. Responsibilities: Supervise daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Coordinate and direct warehouse operational staff. Ensure compliance with processes, discipline, and work standards (SOPs). Monitor goal achievement and operational timelines. Resolve operational issues and make quick decisions. Maintain order, cleanliness, and control within the warehouse. Conduct inventory control and internal audits. Train and supervise new staff. Maintain effective communication and coordination across different work areas. Support resolution of internal conflicts and foster a professional work environment. Prevent conflicts, divisions, or internal team issues. Availability to work under pressure. Requirements: MUST HAVE prior experience managing staff and supervising warehouse operations. Minimum 2 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor, team leader, or warehouse manager. Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or fulfillment is a plus. Leadership, maturity, and ability to manage teams. Ability to coordinate across departments and maintain strong inter-area relationships. Objective, professional individual focused on solutions. Must not generate conflicts, favoritism, or negative team environments. Organized, disciplined, and results-oriented individual. Punctuality, responsibility, and strong sense of urgency.
