Distribuidora GUNA is looking for: Pre-Sales Supervisor Available areas: GAM, near the Coltongo metrobus stop Ecatepec, near the Municipal Palace ✅ REQUIREMENTS: Minimum education: Completed high school 1 year of field supervision experience, preferably in direct distribution within retail sales channels Understanding of store operations Application of commercial strategies VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE ✅ RESPONSIBILITIES: Master and understand KPIs aimed at achieving the service package Conduct coaching sessions to communicate daily sales criteria (quotas, product mix, priority products for sale, area objectives fulfillment, among others) Provide feedback and define actions with team members regarding their status and performance against quotas Generate reports based on results provided by the pre-sales system Plan route assignments for each promoter according to business model, company policies and procedures Ensure each team member's assigned territory is properly recorded in the mobile system and physically documented only if an issue arises Identify the segments of each route to be operated every day of the week Supervise that team members have all required work tools before starting their routes (reminder sheets, fully charged and synchronized cell phones, mined territory map, catalog) Monitor timing and movements of assigned promoters via the mobile system to ensure compliance with efficiency models (visit effectiveness, pre-sale effectiveness) Perform route walkthroughs to improve sales, prioritizing underperforming routes, and take corrective actions based on promoter performance Ensure compliance with commercial policies and criteria during routes (promotions and pricing) Manage trade marketing resources provided to points of sale, ensuring adherence to established criteria and policies Accompany newly hired promoters or those assigned new routes to train them and conduct route walkthroughs Coordinate and plan daily operations to improve efficiency across the three operational processes Coordinate with the Delivery Supervisor the receipt of order tickets for product distribution and delivery Ensure delivery of product distribution lists (airplanes) to the Warehouse Data Entry Clerk Guarantee completion of daily sales closing and report results to immediate supervisor Generate the list of products (tickets and airplanes) for next-day picking and delivery Ensure delivery of product lists (tickets and airplanes) to the warehouse and distribution department ✅ WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?: Monthly gross base salary of $18,000 + $2,000 monthly bonus based on sales results and goal achievement Statutory benefits Savings fund Available areas: GAM, near the Coltongo metrobus stop Ecatepec, near the Municipal Palace Work schedule: Monday to Saturday from 6:30 am until route completion.
