Position Summary: Seaming Supervisor responsible for meeting production quotas with quality, managing resources for efficiency and on-time delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership, communication, and proactivity Position: Seaming Supervisor **Objective:** Meet production quotas in accordance with quality requirements through timely monitoring and proper resource management to achieve productivity targets in terms of quantity and scheduled delivery times. **Skills / Experience:** ü Personnel management ü Seaming production in cellular systems ü Knowledge of the seaming process ü Seven basic quality tools ü 5S system for organization and cleanliness ü Specifications for threads, needles, and stitches per inch ü Leadership, communication, and authority ü Proactive **Key Responsibilities:** · Review weekly production objectives with the Production Manager based on the production schedule. · Plan daily work in advance according to the weekly schedule. · Verify availability of required resources (cutting, tooling, machinery, materials, and personnel) to achieve production targets. · Manage these resources to meet daily objectives. · Record pairs per hour on the board to validate progress against the plan. · Conduct process audits to identify potential or actual quality deviations. · Submit daily production reports, report incidents, and propose a recovery plan if objectives are not met. · Analyze quality reports and determine necessary corrective actions to reduce or eliminate issues. · Actively participate in the tracking and implementation of new products to ensure compliance with production and quality requirements. · Request timely maintenance repairs for machinery or equipment failures, and follow up to closure. · Maintain the work area in accordance with the 5S organization and cleanliness system. · Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $2,500.00 - $4,500.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
